By creating an account, purchasing a digital membership, accessing or streaming content on centrebyjh.uscreen.io, or booking an in-person or remote session with CENTRÉ by JH LLC (“company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“client,” “member,” or “user”) expressly agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies incorporated herein.
By enrolling in a digital membership, you acknowledge that your subscription includes an initial seven (7) day complimentary trial period.
UPON EXPIRATION OF THE SEVEN (7) DAY TRIAL, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT INTO A PAID RECURRING MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AT THE RATE OF $19.99 USD PER MONTH UNLESS CANCELLED PRIOR TO THE RENEWAL DATE.
You hereby authorize the Company to charge your designated payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis without further authorization until such time as you terminate the subscription in accordance with Section 1.3.
Any promotional codes, introductory rates, or event-specific discounts apply solely to the explicitly defined promotional term. Upon the conclusion of the specified term, your rate shall automatically adjust to the standard prevailing monthly rate ($19.99 USD/month or $199.99/annual) without prior notice.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via the automated self-service portal within your account dashboard at centrebyjh.uscreen.io. To avoid the assessment of recurring fees for a subsequent billing cycle, cancellation must be executed at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next scheduled billing date. *According to Stripe payment processing policies. All fees paid for digital subscriptions, trial conversions, and in-person sessions are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. If you terminate your subscription mid-cycle, you will retain access to the platform through the conclusion of your current paid billing period; no prorated refunds or credits shall be issued. In-person or 1-on-1 scheduled sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice shall be charged in full.
For subscriptions originated through third-party mobile or television platforms (e.g., Uscreen, Apple App Store, Google Play Store), all billing inquiries, modifications, and cancellations are governed strictly by the terms of the respective third-party platform operator. The Company exercises no administrative control over third-party payment processing.
You acknowledge that physical exercise and movement training carry inherent risks of serious bodily injury, illness, disability, or death. By participating in unsupervised remote streaming sessions, you voluntarily, knowingly, and expressly assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with your participation. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your physical surroundings are free from hazardous conditions, level, non-slip, and adequately cleared of furniture or obstacles.
All content provided on the platform, including video streams, instructional guides, and audio material, is intended strictly for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional prior to commencing any exercise program. If you experience acute pain, dizziness, or distress, you must immediately cease activity and seek medical attention.
Digital content provided by the Company is not engineered for prenatal or postnatal populations unless expressly designated as such. If you are pregnant, nursing, or postpartum, you warrant that you have obtained explicit medical clearance from an attending physician to participate in unsupervised remote exercise and assume all associated risks.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS CENTRÉ BY JH LLC, ITS MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR PARTICIPATION IN IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL SESSIONS, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE.
All training methodologies, movement sequences, program architectures, video files, audio tracks, written guides, and branding displayed on centrebyjh.uscreen.io constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Subject to your active subscription, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use.
You are strictly prohibited from recording, ripping, capturing, downloading (except via native application offline features), reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any proprietary content. Upon termination or non-renewal of your subscription, all rights granted under Section 3.1 shall immediately cease, and you must destroy or delete any downloaded materials in your possession.
The service relies upon third-party architecture, including Squarespace (web hosting) and Uscreen (content distribution). The Company provides services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding system uptime, continuous streaming availability, or technical performance. The Company shall not be held liable for third-party server downtime, latency, or connection failures.
By utilizing the platform across centrebyjh.com and centrebyjh.uscreen.io, you automatically consent to the deployment of essential authentication cookies and performance tracking technologies designed to monitor video progress metrics and maintain user sessions across platform domains.
The Company collects personal data necessary for account provisioning and service management, including contact information and streaming usage analytics.
Financial transactions are processed exclusively through compliant third-party payment processors (Stripe, Inc., Uscreen, Square, Inc., Accuity (and affiliated third parties)). The Company does not collect, store, or maintain full credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on its servers.
Age Guardrails: The platform is restricted to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. Minors between the ages of 17 and under may participate solely under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts full liability on the minor’s behalf, and as recognized in the CENTRÉ Client Terms and Conditions and signed company waivers.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
